When I first started going to Acacia my hair was in poor condition and desperately needed a decent cut. Nowadays it's in great condition, although it's the longest it's been in many years. It's coloured beautifully with products which enhance my hair and it's cut in a way that showcases my curls and is easy to manage. I'm getting married soon and I am so glad knowing that I am going to be in such good hands with my hair. I’ve been going to Acacia Hair Salon in Thurgaton for the best part of eight years. I wouldn’t trust my hair to any other salon. Being a natural health therapist, I will always try and find a natural product, whether it be for my skin or hair, and this is one of the reasons I go to Acacia, because they only use Aveda natural hair care products. Aveda products are made up of 98% naturally derived ingredients and you won’t find a better range of plant-derived hair care products, that suit all hair types and all ages. However, I don’t just go to Acacia because they are an Aveda salon, I go for the excellent colourists and cutters. I always feel a million dollars when I’ve been. I’m doing my bit for the planet, and am ensuring my hair stays healthy and shiny.

Acacia is great salon. Lisa has cut and coloured my hair for many years and this review is long overdue! I have always been delighted with the care Lisa takes, and every time come away feeling happy with my hair. Today I had foils, and wanted more chunky blocks of colour, which is exactly what Lisa did.
